Description

Lead technical development and architecture for Salesforce Marketplace initiatives, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis through deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau CRM integrations.
• Develop custom Lightning components using LWC and the Aura framework within the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and enforcement of best practices.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Agile teams to resolve complex system integrations across multiple Salesforce Orgs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on programming and custom coding experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura framework, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with SLDS, Triggers, Batch classes, and declarative tools like Flows and Lightning App Builder.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Extensive experience customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Portals).
• Proven track record leading the implementation of custom Salesforce solutions.
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (must include Trailblazer link or certification number on resume).
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and meet US residency requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
