Description

You will lead the enhancement of the Workfront platform for the Content Supply Chain, integrating Workfront, AEM, and CRM tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer Adobe Workfront, including user management, permissions, project setup, and configuration.
• Design, configure, and deploy integrations between Adobe Workfront, AEM, Salesforce CRM, and WeChat.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team on Adobe Workfront and AEM implementations.
• Configure API integrations by setting up triggers and actions and researching system requirements for API calls and object references.
• Support testing plans for integrations to ensure successful deployments and provide high-level training to client administrators.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and customization.
• Proven leadership experience managing Adobe Workfront and AEM projects and technical teams.
• Expertise in integrating SaaS applications with web services.
• Deep understanding of Web Services APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with authentication methods such as OAuth, HTTP basic auth, and API keys.
• Proficiency with iPaaS tools such as Adobe Workfront Fusion, Workato, Tray.io, or Integromat (Make).
• Strong knowledge of relational database structures and data arrays/collections.
• Experience handling data and file formats including XML, JSON, PDF, and CSV.
• Ability to take requirements from design through to building, testing, and support.
