Description

You will drive site operations through Lean and Industrial Engineering expertise to improve performance metrics and continuous improvement culture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and cross-functional continuous improvement workshops.
• Develop and execute a 12-month continuous improvement roadmap aligned with site and regional KPIs.
• Track and monitor project progress, providing monthly reporting to the Plant Manager.
• Coach and mentor employees on Lean tools, HP S standards, and Management Operating Systems (MOS).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies including 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Factory Management.
• Experience with Lean processes and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with statistical software to evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead continuous improvement events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with local leadership and regional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
