Description

Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex projects covering setup reduction, standardized work, and value stream mapping.
• Conceive, develop, and implement Lean processes and facility layouts based on Lean concepts.
• Implement JJPS infrastructure, including Tier Meetings and Kaizen/Problem Solving.
• Train and coach all levels on JJPS Methodology and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and write technical reports.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering within a regulated environment (medical device or pharmaceutical).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, Cellular Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, Set-up Reduction, and Visual Management.
• Project management and cost/benefit analysis experience.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Initiative, creativity, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification.
