Description

You will design, develop, and deliver training programs for finance professionals across the Equipment Finance division.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live in-person training to groups of 20-30 associates.
• Design and develop training materials using computer-based training software.
• Assess and analyze product deliverables for impact on business processes.
• Determine and recommend necessary training topics based on skill gap analysis.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a training or consulting role.
• Proven experience delivering live in-person training sessions.
• Direct experience with INFOLEASE and PEGA applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce application usage.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems like FLEX and AMG.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
