Description

You will provide learning and development support to end customers and stakeholders to meet compliance standards and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly regulatory trainings and site quality procedures for various locations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather material, determine formats, and build courses.
• Develop training programs including new hire onboarding, qualifications, and job skills programs.
• Convert quality procedures into online courses and create Quick Reaction Guides (QRG) to streamline workflows.
• Manage employee groups in the LMS, launch assignments, and monitor progress.
• Design and deliver training via Web Based Training, Instructor Led Training, or Virtual/Webinar formats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency with ADDIE and Adult Learning Theory.
• Experience using course authoring tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, or Articulate.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and modifying records for LMS uploads.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
• Ability to manage the full storyboarding and development cycle.
• Strong project management skills to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Workday or Evolve LMS platforms.
