Description

Lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM applications to optimize business operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure system settings and test solutions directly with users.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Manage cutover activities, solution stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Provide guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional project roles.
• At least one full end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle.
• Expertise in the Oracle Learning module.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.
• Practical understanding of Security Roles and Permissions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
