Description

You manage the design, delivery, and academic administration of business modules for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content through onsite instruction and potential international travel to the UAE.
• Act as Module Leader, owning the end-to-end conduct and quality of assigned modules.
• Supervise student dissertation works and provide regular academic mentoring and support.
• Address student grievances and complaints within a 24-hour response window.
• Assist with academic administrative requirements and external audit quality checks.

Required Skills

• MBA degree in a relevant business field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with direct industrial exposure.
• Proven experience in module leadership and course design.
• Ability to manage academic quality standards set by universities and awarding bodies.
• Strong capacity for student supervision and dissertation mentoring.
