You will support legal operations by managing casework, conducting research, and coordinating client communications in a hybrid environment based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client interviews to collect facts and compile case data for attorney recommendations.
  • Manage casework timelines, including documentation and case resolution.
  • Perform legal research, analyze legal papers, and draft legal documents.
  • Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs.
  • Coordinate and communicate schedules to internal and external clients.
  • Extract and manage information across multiple databases.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and organized note-taking skills.
  • Experience working in a legal environment.
  • Background in paralegal studies or customer service/call center experience.
