You will build AI-driven workflows for contract review, document analysis, and legal operations, working directly with legal teams to identify automation opportunities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement practical AI solutions using prompt engineering and low-code tools to drive adoption across legal functions.
• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and define automation strategies.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate and ServiceNow.
• Leverage Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance document analysis and review processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical legal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, legal tech, or related automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT for enterprise use cases.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for building automated workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow for service management and automation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, deployable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to bridge technical and legal domains.
• Any Graduate degree.
