Description

You will manage the lifecycle of e-Discovery holds and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the migration of outdated litigation holds to case-specific e-Discovery holds using Office 365 Compliance Center.
• Audit, validate, and reassign user-level data holds in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Account Administration.
• Investigate and document legacy holds lacking clear retention rationale for legal and operational review.
• Create and manage e-Discovery cases, handling custodian assignment, data mapping, and closure.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with e-Discovery platforms and legal hold management.
• Proficiency with Office 365 Compliance Center tools.
• Solid understanding of data retention policies, legal preservation, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume data reviews across large user populations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities when liaising between technical and legal teams.
• Familiarity with Data Analyst principles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting in Microsoft environments.
• Background in Legal Operations, Compliance, or Enterprise Data Governance.
