You will manage legal processes for property acquisition, documentation, and litigation in Kochi.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on properties to ensure complete legal clearance.
• Prepare sales and lease deeds.
• Manage and resolve litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Navigate local land laws, bylaws, and city Master Plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in legal management.
• Expertise in property due diligence.
• Deep understanding of local land laws and bylaws.
• Knowledge of city Master Plans.
• Experience managing legal cases and litigation.
• Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
