 Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead deployments, new builds, and expansion projects across corporate offices and partner locations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of network equipment: procurement, configuration, implementation, documentation, and decommissioning.
• Design and configure LAN/WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN solutions using Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki technologies.
• Configure and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and other network security components; partner with cybersecurity teams to improve posture.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-layer network issues across the OSI model, coordinating with ISPs and internal stakeholders for rapid restoration.
• Contribute to process and tooling improvements, including automation, runbooks, and deployment templates.
• Follow established change management practices: impact analysis, rollback planning, CAB approvals, and scheduled maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-driven network support role within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, the OSI model, and IEEE 802 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and familiarity with Cisco Meraki deployments (preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with ThousandEyes and other network visibility tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of IPsec fundamentals (IKEv2, PSKs, tunnel monitoring/health checks) and enterprise VPN patterns.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across multi-vendor environments and repeatable rollout models (templates, per-site validation).
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and Excel for documentation and design tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to work under pressure with a flexible schedule
