Description

You will resolve inbound technical issues for high-speed internet and voice services while supporting field operations to restore customer connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Aid field technicians in restoring services through ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning.
• Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect tickets to engineering or customer support teams.
• Manage structure loads by rerouting tickets to rectify order or assignment errors.
• Maintain and provision logical inventory within critical systems for voice and data services over copper and fiber.
• Provide technical support for connectivity issues and perform computer repair and software installation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Proficiency in computer repair and software installation.
• Experience provisioning services over copper and fiber facilities.
• Ability to manage service orders and facility assignments.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
