Description

Lead the PMO and drive execution of large-scale, cross-functional IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and document consistent IT Project Management processes for agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Execute quarterly IT portfolio reviews and maintain the project and portfolio management (PPM) toolset.
• Govern projects to ensure alignment with standard processes, strategic plans, and IT roadmaps.
• Identify and harmonize disparate processes across functional units to improve PMO efficiency.
• Define requirements for PMO dashboards and track KPIs to identify and correct negative trends.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PMO Leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing global teams.
• 7-10 years of experience working with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) software.
• Proven experience driving functional improvements in a PMO and managing major IT initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and waterfall delivery models.
• Expertise in IT governance, portfolio prioritization, and PMBOK principles.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Preferred Skills

• PMP and/or Agile certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP.
