Description

You will lead the design, development, and administration of Liferay DXP environments, owning technical planning and client interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop portals using Liferay MVC, Spring MVC, Struts, and out-of-the-box portlets.
• Manage Liferay administration, including configuration, clustering, tuning, patches, updates, and migrations.
• Own Liferay Commerce customization and headless API implementations.
• Configure portal security and SAML integrations within n-tier web application architectures.
• Mentor team members and troubleshoot complex portal environments.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Liferay Portal Development.
• Deep expertise in Liferay DXP (7.2, 7.3, and 7.4).
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Liferay Commerce and administration modules.
• Experience with SQL Server, Windows Server, and web/application server tiers.
• Expertise in client-side scripting: JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and XHTML.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Redux, Enzyme, Jest, and AWS.
