Description

You will design, develop, and support Liferay DXP portal applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java-based Liferay DXP portal applications independently.
• Create detailed design specifications and participate in technical design sessions to reduce technical debt.
• Write and execute unit tests to validate functionality against business requirements.
• Maintain application builds, deployments, and configurations.
• Perform peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Liferay DXP 7.2 and above.
• Strong experience with Java 8 and above.
• Hands-on experience with Java Server Pages (JSP).
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Competency in Git for version control.
• Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
