Description

Design, develop, and maintain Liferay DXP portal applications using Java and frontend technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Java and Liferay DXP applications independently.
• Participate in design sessions and propose technical alternatives to reduce technical debt.
• Create detailed design specifications and ensure high-quality system software.
• Write and execute unit tests to validate functionality against business requirements.
• Maintain builds, deployments, and configurations while performing peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring, and OSGi framework.
• 8+ years of experience with Liferay APIs and Liferay DXP 7.2 and above.
• 8+ years of experience in Frontend JSP, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in React or Angular frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience with MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• 8+ years of experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Elastic Search.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
