Description

You will develop, maintain, and deploy Liferay portal applications and client-facing web interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Liferay portlets using MVC, Spring MVC, and Struts frameworks.
• Implement portal themes and UI designs using CSS, JavaScript, and Alloy UI based on mockups.
• Develop n-tier web applications spanning web, application, and database layers.
• Manage full lifecycle tasks including design, implementation, deployment, and version upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan migrations, define features, and resolve bugs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Liferay Portal development, administration, and upgrades.
• Hands-on proficiency with Liferay versions 7.3 and 7.4.
• Strong backend skills in Java and Spring Boot.
• Front-end expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, and LESS.
• Experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Knowledge of MySQL and DBMS technologies.
• Familiarity with Nginx or Apache servers on Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, Lambda).
• Familiarity with DynamoDB, Redis, or Memcached.
