Description

You will provide IT support and maintain LIMS systems within a laboratory environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure LIMS systems, manage master data updates, and handle user management.
• Troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and resolve support tickets.
• Document system processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures.
• Support laboratory workflows, including sample management and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve system issues.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT support experience for LIMS in pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory settings.
• Direct experience with LabVantage LIMS.
• Understanding of laboratory processes and analytical workflows.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically incident, change, and problem management.
• Knowledge of GxP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines for laboratory systems.
• Understanding of system integration concepts, such as LIMS to instruments, ELNs, or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Incident Management.
