Description

You will support the requirement gathering and implementation of Analytical Laboratory Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS) at our Lake St Louis, MO site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize LabVantage LIMS solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Design and implement new features and enhancements within the LabVantage platform.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications through workshops and process analysis.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for incidents involving lab users, instruments, or supporting applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial LIMS system support.
• Direct experience with LabVantage LIMS, including web pages, dashboards, master data configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes.
• Experience with databases and building queries.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or commensurate experience.
