Description

Develop and configure Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions, owning the build and deployment processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions within Labvantage LIMS version 8 and above.
• Own the build and deployment processes for LIMS applications.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against Oracle or MS SQL databases.
• Develop features leveraging Java modules, web services, Hibernate, and JMS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in LIMS development and configuration.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Java modules and frameworks (web services, Hibernate, JMS).
• Strong command of SQL, specifically writing complex queries for Oracle or MS SQL.
• Experience with Java EE servers, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, or IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Solid understanding of the Build/Deployment Process.
• Proficiency in Java programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jasper Reports.
