Description

Lead the technical transition and upgrade of SampleManager LIMS instances. Plan, coordinate, and execute the migration from version 11.1 to version 12.3, including moving from a public Azure hosted environment to a new Azure private cloud colocation data center. Own the application-side technical aspects of the system transition and manage workflows between IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute the upgrade of SampleManager instances from version 11.1 to version 12.3.
• Manage the migration from a public Azure hosted environment to an Azure private cloud colocation data center.
• Coordinate technical requirements and project workflows between IT and business stakeholders.
• Own the application-side technical aspects of the system transition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments.
• Proven ability to manage system upgrades and migrations.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with business and IT teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
