Description

Lead the technical transition and upgrade of SampleManager LIMS instances, including migrating from version 11.1 to 12.3 and moving from public Azure to a private cloud colocation data center.

Responsibilities

• Execute the upgrade of SampleManager instances from version 11.1 to version 12.3.
• Manage the migration from a public Azure hosted environment to an Azure private cloud colocation data center.
• Coordinate technical requirements and project workflows between IT and business stakeholders.
• Own the application-side technical aspects of the system transition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS.
• Proven ability to manage system upgrades and migrations.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with business and IT teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
