Description

Optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes and tools within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain planning processes and value stream mapping.
• Develop predictive analysis capabilities to support manufacturing and supply chain KPIs.
• Lead improvement projects to increase standardization and data transparency across stakeholders.
• Manage change implementation for improvement projects and harmonize supply chain processes.
• Maintain visual boards to improve visibility of WIP and finished goods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or technical operations.
• Strong LIMS experience and knowledge.
• Direct experience within the Pharmaceutical or Bio-Tech industry.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in data aggregation tools such as Qlik or Crystal Reports.
• Ability to define proactive mitigation strategies for complex conflict situations.
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.
