You will provide L2/L3 support for LIMS applications, ensuring system stability and compliance in regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve configuration issues, workflow errors, and data inconsistencies in LabVantage or LabWare.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for system defects.
• Maintain LIMS master data, workflows, templates, and system modules.
• Support integrations with instruments, SAP/ERP systems, middleware, and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in LIMS support or development.
• Hands-on experience with LabVantage (Java/Groovy) or LabWare (LADL, LIMS Basic).
• Strong SQL skills in Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Java, Groovy, and SQL.
• Understanding of QC/R&D lab workflows and regulated environments.
• Experience working in GxP-compliant environments.
• Familiarity with REST and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LIMS integrations (instruments, SAP/ERP, middleware).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and ETL processes.
