Description

You will manage and support the JusticeTrax LIMS (JTLIMS) platform, ensuring system stability and regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure JTLIMS 3.X to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and IT teams to align system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and hardware issues.
• Provide end-user support and maintain system compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience administering JTLIMS or similar LIMS platforms.
• 6+ years of experience supporting Windows OS.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in a Forensic or Health Laboratory, ideally in an IT capacity.
