Description

You provide L3-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in mission-critical environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, network, and application-level issues.
• Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Automate system administration and configuration management tasks using Ansible.
• Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting OS, performance, storage, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Cluster environments.
• Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience with system hardening, patching, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting cloud-based Linux workloads in AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM).
