AWS / Cloud Platforms / Hybrid Architectures
Cognos / Power BI and data/reporting platforms
Complex end-to-end, multi-layer troubleshooting
Enterprise WMS, preferably Manhattan WMS (Optional)

Strong end-to-end incident ownership
Ability to work under pressure during critical outages
