Description

Manage and maintain OS vulnerability and configuration for over 12,000 global RedHat Enterprise Linux hosts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the OS vulnerability management process for the global fleet.
• Patch hosts according to established schedules and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Review dashboards and reports tracking vulnerability rollout status.
• Perform system administration, server builds, monitoring, and maintain server availability.
• Resolve escalated help desk tickets and provide operational support during incidents.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with RHEL 7/8.
• Experience with automation using Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, NFS, DNS, LDAP, FTP, NTP, and AutoFS.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE principles.
• Experience with OS Build processes, Kickstart, and Terraform.
• Understanding of change and incident management processes.
• Experience with VMware, Kubernetes, and server hardware (HP/Dell).
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure; AWS or Google Cloud is valuable.
