Description

Manage enterprise system installations, configurations, and security for Axway SecureTransport and third-party applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot third-party software across multi-user environments.
• Manage Axway SecureTransport file transfer systems, including account lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve installation and operational issues.
• Mitigate security vulnerabilities across application installations.
• Maintain technical documentation and support process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years maintaining multi-user computer systems and servers.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Linux, AIX, and Windows Server.
• 5+ years installing and configuring third-party applications.
• 5+ years mitigating security vulnerabilities.
• 5+ years producing technical documentation.
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler or Axway SecureTransport administration.
• Ability to ensure system uptime, performance, and resource security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-platform server environments (Linux, AIX, Windows).
