Description

Manage Linux and Windows server environments and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot software applications and complex distributed systems independently.
  • Manage email systems and network protocols in a technical support capacity.
  • Host remote troubleshooting sessions using WebEx or similar tools.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients during all interfaces.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in server management.
  • Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, DNS, SMTP, FTP, and LDAP.
  • Experience managing MySQL databases.
  • Ability to pass FEDRAMP certification.
  • Knowledge of Exchange and email systems.
  • Solid networking and technical support experience.

  • Any Graduate degree.
