Manage Linux and Windows server environments and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software applications and complex distributed systems independently.
- Manage email systems and network protocols in a technical support capacity.
- Host remote troubleshooting sessions using WebEx or similar tools.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients during all interfaces.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in server management.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, DNS, SMTP, FTP, and LDAP.
- Experience managing MySQL databases.
- Ability to pass FEDRAMP certification.
- Knowledge of Exchange and email systems.
- Solid networking and technical support experience.
