Description

You will manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high service level agreement compliance across Linux, Solaris, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installations for operating systems and applications alongside hardware and software break-fixing.
• Conduct operating system tuning and configurations to optimize performance in Linux, Ubuntu, and Debian environments.
• Execute business impact analyses and risk assessments to prevent service outages or disasters.
• Manage service desk tickets and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Participate in internal and external audits to demonstrate IT compliance status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Solaris, AIX, Linux, or Unix domains.
• Proven experience in Windows Operations.
• Solaris server administration, including exposure to Solaris clustering and ZFS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with AIX and Linux server administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to participate in client meetings and weekly status reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Ubuntu and Debian environments.
