Description

Manage L3-level Linux systems administration and cloud infrastructure, including vulnerability management, server automation, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and patch Linux servers using RedHat Satellite Server and Ansible.
• Execute systems vulnerability management and hardening to mitigate CVEs through configuration changes.
• Automate server builds for database and application server environments.
• Perform upgrades of EOL Linux servers to supported versions.
• Troubleshoot L3-level Linux issues and prepare RCAs for P1 and P2 incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant systems administration experience.
• Expertise with RedHat, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
• Experience with AWS cloud administration.
• Proficiency in patching Linux servers using RedHat Satellite Server or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with server build automation.
• Knowledge of VMware administration and NetApp NFS auto mounts.
• Advanced L3 troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certifications related to Linux administration or Ansible.
• Scripting experience with Ansible to automate administration and patching.
