Description

You will provide 24x7 operational support for cloud infrastructure and drive production readiness for cloud migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure availability and performance monitoring to ensure platform uptime.
• Automate OS and security patching while managing cluster upgrades for AKS and GKE.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and incident management for high-priority issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support cloud infrastructure implementations.
• Manage the production readiness Permit to Operate (PTO) process for cloud migrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Linux system-level knowledge, including shell scripting, systemd, and OS troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Ansible, Chef, and Jenkins.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting experience using Bash and basic knowledge of Perl.
• Working knowledge of API integrations using REST/JSON and WebSockets.
