Description

You will provide 24x7 operational support for cloud infrastructure, manage on-call rotations, and drive production readiness for public cloud migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support and participate in on-call rotations for cloud infrastructure.
• Implement monitoring for availability and performance to ensure platform uptime.
• Automate OS/security patching and manage Kubernetes cluster upgrades (AKS, GKE).
• Drive production readiness (PTO) processes for applications migrating to the public cloud.
• Collaborate with SRE, development, and release engineering teams to support cloud implementations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Linux Administrator supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and ARM Templates.
• Proficiency in automation tools: Ansible, Chef, and Jenkins.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux system-level knowledge: shell scripting, systemd, and OS-level troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of API integrations using REST/JSON and WebSockets.
• Scripting experience with Bash and basic knowledge of Perl.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• AZ-104: Azure Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic exposure to Kubernetes administration and cloud-native environments.
