Description

You will manage application administration and troubleshoot complex incidents across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments, with a focus on Java-based applications on Kubernetes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer applications in diverse production environments (Unix/Linux/Windows).
• Troubleshoot 2nd/3rd level incidents involving database interactions (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Support Java-based applications running on Kubernetes.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge to improve team capability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Unix scripting (Shell, Perl) or Windows scripting (PowerShell).
• Familiarity with automation tools: Rundeck, Puppet, Bamboo, Confluence, JIRA.
• Understanding of Java-based application stacks and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of back-end and front-end banking systems.
• Advanced technical vocational training or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
