Description

Manage and support Linux-based client systems in a professional IT environment. You will handle support requests, document technical procedures, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests from users and their organizations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Linux clients.
• Perform root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement long-term solutions.
• Identify problematic areas to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Linux systems, preferably Debian-derived distributions.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals and Linux networking internals.
• Strong knowledge of modern GNU/Linux distribution makeup (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Bash.
• Professional fluency in both English and Swedish, written and verbal.
• Experience working within global IT organizations and adhering to established policies.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate within project teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Prior involvement in open source projects.
• Working knowledge of Ansible.
