Description

You will manage and support Linux-based client environments in Gothenburg.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests from users and their organizations.
• Create and maintain documentation for the Linux client.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions.
• Identify problematic areas to drive continuous team improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Linux systems, preferably Debian-derived distributions like Debian or Ubuntu.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals and Linux networking internals.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Bash.
• Experience working within global IT organizations and adhering to established policies.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and verbal.
• Strong ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven collaboration skills within professional project teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous involvement in open source projects.
• Working knowledge of Ansible.
