Description

Provide L3-level support and administration for mission-critical Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, network, and application-level issues.
• Manage Red Hat Cluster environments to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Automate system administration and configuration management using Ansible.
• Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to support cloud-based Linux workloads in AWS.

Required Skills

• Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 5+ years of L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Clustering.
• Experience automating tasks with Ansible.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EBS, VPC, and IAM.
• Ability to perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Experience participating in 24x7 on-call rotations for production support.
• Strong documentation skills for technical SOPs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
