  Datacenter Engineer (Linux & VMware) The Onsite Wintel Lead will be responsible for the design| engineering| deployment| and end to end management of the Windows Client Server ecosystem| including Windows 1011 SOE| MECMIntune| Active Directory| Windows Server Administration| VMware infrastructure| Azure platform| and Exchange Online.

The role requires strong technical depth across Microsoft technologies along with leadership capabilities to drive workshops| coordinate with stakeholders| and lead operational excellence on the ground.

Required Skills

Experience 8 to 12 years of experience in Wintel End User Computing Infrastructure roles.

Strong hands on expertise across Microsoft Windows client server technologies.

Proven experience leading onsite operations and technical teams.

Excellent communication| stakeholder management and customer facing skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities across multiple towers
