Description

Manage and maintain Linux and VMware infrastructure, including root cause analysis and performance troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer RHEL and Ubuntu systems with advanced file system management (XFS/EXT4) and multipathing.
• Troubleshoot performance issues (CPU, memory, disk I/O) and resolve P1 incidents with customers.
• Manage iSCSI, FC storage, and file system corruption recovery and tuning.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and support datacenter engineering efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and stakeholder management for Wintel and end-user computing ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Linux administration and Wintel infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware infrastructure and Active Directory.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Windows 10/11, MECM/Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency in performance troubleshooting across Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and live P1 incident resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure platform experience.
• Proven track record leading onsite operations and technical teams.
