Description

Lead administration and deployment of large-scale Linux environments, providing L2 support for over 1000 servers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and administer RHEL, SUSE, and Ubuntu platforms.
• Configure and manage RHEL clustering.
• Deploy Linux VMs using VMware.
• Implement Linux OS security policies according to organizational guidelines.
• Provide L2 level support for environments exceeding 1000 servers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL 5, 6, 7, and Oracle Linux.
• Proficiency with RHEL, SUSE, and Ubuntu distributions.
• Experience managing large-scale server environments.
• Knowledge of VMware for virtual machine deployment.
• Ability to implement OS-level security policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries.
