Description

Manage Linux, Unix, and Windows systems across hybrid AWS and on-premises environments, owning infrastructure migrations, hardening, and automation while providing 24x7 production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems, including IIS and Apache, in hybrid cloud and on-premises hosting.
• Deploy infrastructure solutions and migrate legacy technologies to current standards.
• Hardened operating systems and resolve vulnerabilities during patch cycles and security audits.
• Automate operational tasks and implement OS compliance using custom scripts.
• Provide 24x7 on-call production support, troubleshooting complex technical issues across the full IT stack.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Linux administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.).
• 4+ years of experience delivering IT projects to medium or large enterprises.
• 2+ years of experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Swarm.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics across the full IT technology stack.
• Ability to manage and support both Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with Apache and Linux environments.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with various management levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Weblogic, IIS, and Windows administration.
• Experience with storage management including NAS, SAN, and AWS storage.
