Description

Manage and maintain Linux infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Linux OS installations, partitioning, and network configuration.
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Handle user management, application installations, and server security.
• Audit system logs and develop remediation plans for identified issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT role or related domain.
• Proficiency with Linux distributions: Red Hat, Open SUSE, CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu.
• Hands-on experience with Bash and Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of Iptables for security management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts in EST.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions beyond AWS or Google Cloud.
• Networking skills within Windows environments.
