Description

Administer and support RHEL systems, Kubernetes clusters, and Wintel infrastructure to ensure enterprise platform availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems in production, managing configuration, patching, and lifecycle for physical and virtual servers.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters, including experience with OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
• Perform Wintel support activities, including Active Directory administration, user/group management, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Execute infrastructure changes related to disaster recovery, data center moves, and capacity management.
• Support monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and patch management in alignment with operational standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Linux system administration, with a strong focus on RHEL in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment and ongoing management.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in server configuration changes, upgrades, performance tuning, and remediation activities.
• Strong documentation skills for environment, policy, and procedure maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to minimize infrastructure disruptions.
