Description

You will support enterprise-scale server estates, managing RHEL operating systems across on-premise and AWS cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server operating systems at an expert level.
• Manage and maintain on-premise and AWS cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex technical issues across server estates.
• Manage suppliers and vendors to ensure operational continuity.
• Operate within physical datacenter environments and manage clustering technologies.

Required Skills

• RHCE certification with at least 8 years of industry experience.
• Expertise in RHEL server operating systems.
• Experience with VMware products and virtualization.
• Knowledge of AWS and public cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Powerbroker and Chef.
• Experience with Veritas and Oracle RAC clustering technologies.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting global teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
