Description

You will manage system administration, deployments, and hardware evaluations across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Linux servers in VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead root cause analysis and vendor coordination for major incidents in Linux and AIX environments.
• Maintain system documentation, including SOPs, support guides, and cloud architecture records.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Unix shells, Perl, or Python.
• Monitor incident queues and manage ticket prioritization to ensure service stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Linux Administration across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: S3, EC2, IAM, Security, Lambda, and Networking.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and management.
• Proficiency in VMware and Nutanix server setup and management.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and subnetting.
• Scripting expertise in PowerShell, Unix Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with AIX enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and system documentation.

Preferred Skills
