Description

You will provide Linux expertise and observability insights to maintain infrastructure availability and resolve major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident (MI) calls.
• Design, develop, and maintain observability frameworks for Linux-based systems.
• Implement automation solutions using shell scripting and other relevant technologies.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud provisioning tasks.
• Collaborate with application teams and service providers to refine observability processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux environments.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation.
• Ability to design and implement observability frameworks.
• Experience working with service level integrators to ensure availability.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new observability tools quickly.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
