Description

You will manage onsite data center operations and hardware lifecycle tasks in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware-related problems and manage the deployment and decommissioning of physical assets.
• Execute data center services including rack, stack, and touch services.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware issues and track progress through to resolution.
• Support migrations and data center activities within a collaborative technical environment.
• Monitor system health using Nagios, Splunk, or AppDynamics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations and server configurations.
• L2 level knowledge of RHEL 7/8 and Ubuntu.
• Experience managing application layers hosted on Linux/Unix platforms.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and hypervisors, specifically ESXi and AHV.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Strong vendor management and customer coordination skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM AIX, Solaris, or Ansible scripting.
• Unix flavor operating system certification.
